ESCAPE was born from hospitality.

 

More than 30 years ago, we created Canoe Bay, an adults-only resort in northwest Wisconsin. Over the years, Canoe Bay became known for its architecture, privacy, natural setting and guest experience, earning national recognition and design awards.

 

That experience became the foundation for ESCAPE.

 

Many ESCAPE models were designed from the beginning with hospitality in mind. We were not simply trying to create attractive small homes. We were thinking about how a guest actually experiences the space: privacy, comfort, intuitive layouts, natural light, full baths, useful kitchens, storage, climate control, durable materials and a strong connection to the outdoors.

 

Today, ESCAPE homes are used at Canoe Bay, at Canoe Bay Village, in resorts and vacation properties across the country, and by individual owners operating short-term rentals.

We understand that a great hospitality unit has to do much more than photograph well.
