Thoughtfully crafted and highly efficient, the eVista King delivers a bright, spacious living experience with a surprisingly small footprint and the flexibility to place it almost anywhere.
A generous covered porch extends your living space outdoors, while expansive windows flood the interior with natural light and fresh air. Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, a full bathroom, and a private bedroom available with a King bed (or optional Queen).
Additional features include a front storage closet, Smart TV, furnishings, optional fireplace, and high-efficiency heat pump/A/C mini-split for year-round comfort. Durable exterior materials— including ultra-long-warranty siding and a steel roof—ensure longevity with minimal maintenance.
